Golden Hill State Park,   (Town of Somerset)    Total acres:  510.971      Underwater:  132.781    (.600 U.S. National Park Service--lighthouse)

 

This state park has five trails that provide up to seven miles of hiking for those who are interested.   The park's highlight is its 1875 lighthouse complex.  The park also has a diverse environment of 138 acres of woods and shrubs, and about 200 acres of mowed grass and fields.  Nature walks and programs are available through the Interpretive Office (716) 278-1728.
