Krull County Park   (Newfane)  Total acres:  325.3  This includes approximately 10 acres of woods; 50 acres "semi-wooded," trees with mowed grasses; 100 acres brush.  The north end of the park (north of Route 18) provides an overlook for "sea ducks" and other diving ducks, as well as gulls.   Extensive spruce and pine plantations south of Route 18 provide habitat for winter finches (e.g., pine siskin, red crossbill) and owls.
